The Secretary, Membership Secretary, Direct Drive Editor and Club Archivist, on behalf of the Renault Frères Club, collect and maintain data concerning Club members: name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and photos. In addition, where available, details of cars within the scope of the Club are also kept including the model, manufacturing numbers, registration number and known history. Members’ data is never sold and is solely used to send information to members that may be of interest to them concerning Club activities, regular magazines, adverts and other relevant information. It is a condition of membership that the Club holds this information, when leaving the Club all previous data will be deleted from the records. All records are password protected. The Club may produce for the committee and event organisers a list of members with contact details for use solely for Club activities. Any request for individual data information (e.g. contact details) will only be supplied to a member of the Renault Frères Club.
